A Message from Our Leadership

I am Alpesh Shah, Managing Director and Founder of Shah Industrial Park. I am proud to say that I was the first to introduce the concept of an industrial park in Gujarat. Before that, I worked as an industrial consultant and saw how difficult it was for small industrialist owners to start their industries. They faced basic issues like poor roads, low power supply, lack of government approvals, and financial challenges.
With guidance from my father and deep knowledge of the industry, I launched Gujarat’s first industrial park in Vadodara in 2007 – Shah Industrial Park-1 at Manjusar. Our goal was to provide ready infrastructure and support so industries could start operations easily. For this effort, the Gujarat Government awarded us a subsidy of ₹51 lakh.
Since then, we’ve developed modern parks in places like Manjusar, Kotambi, Jarod, Waghodiya with full government support. We also launched a unique bungalow project, Ambavadi, near Pavagadh, built among 2,500 mango trees without cutting a single one. Today, we continue developing industrial spaces with better facilities for small-scale industries.
Today, we are proud to be known as one of the most trusted names in Vadodara for developing industrial parks.
