The managing director and founder of Shah Industrial Park, Mr. Alpesh Shah, well known name in Industrial Park Sector, because he is the only person who first introduce Industrial Park in Gujarat.

I saw, while a common man want to build and start their industries, they were suffering with lots of problems like poor Road, low Power supply , government approvals, finance etc which are actually healthy and basic requirement for any industrialist and no one think on that way. In my starting carrier as industrial Consultant, I visited so many companies and met industrialist, I observed all this problems. At that time I thought I should make an unique Industrial Park which provide all basic amenities to upcoming industrialist with an economical cost and easy laisoning. With guidance of my father and my huge knowledge about industrial sector, I made Gujarat’s first Industrial Park in Vadodara named “ SHAH INDUSTRIAL PARK - I” in 2007. Due to my vision for make our industrial sector good, I awarded by Gujarat Gov and Finance assistant and they gave me Rs. 51,00,000/- as cash Subsidy.
